Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Khidr app and website (the “Service”), operated by Kaevo Labs LLC, a single-member limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Khidr provides prayer times, a Qibla direction, the full Qur'an text, a guided prayer flow with recitation from a range of reciters, and progress tracking. A free tier is available; Khidr Premium is an optional paid subscription.

Khidr provides religious educational content intended to help you in your worship. Khidr does not issue religious rulings or fatwas, and nothing in the Service should be treated as a binding religious verdict or as a substitute for guidance from a qualified scholar. For specific religious questions, please consult a qualified scholar or authority you trust.

• Free trial. New subscriptions start with a 5-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are never billed.
• Price. After the free trial, Khidr Premium costs $8.99 per month or $59 per year.
• Recurring and auto-renewing. Unless you cancel during the trial, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends, and it renews automatically each period until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed after that.
• Billing. Subscriptions are sold by Kaevo Labs LLC and billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is shown at checkout.
• No refunds. Because every subscriber gets a 5-day free trial to evaluate the app, payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. See our Free Trial & Refund Policy.

When using Khidr, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content except as permitted by law.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service in a way that harms Khidr or other users.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Khidr is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that prayer times, Qibla direction, or any other content will be error-free or suitable for every location or situation; you should use your own judgement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaevo Labs LLC and its member will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms Khidr or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the courts located in Wyoming, USA, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these Terms as the Service develops. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
