Free Trial & Refunds

Every new subscription starts with a 5-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to Khidr Premium at no charge, so you can decide whether it is right for you before you pay anything.

• You are not charged during the 5-day trial.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never billed.
• If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends, and the first payment ($8.99 monthly, or $59 yearly) is taken then. It renews each period after that until you cancel.

The free trial is our way of letting you evaluate Khidr Premium risk-free. Please use it to make sure the app is right for you before your subscription begins.

Because every subscriber gets a 5-day free trial to evaluate the app before paying, payments for Khidr Premium are non-refundable. Once a payment has been taken, the first payment after your trial or any renewal, it is not refundable, and cancelling stops future payments rather than refunding past ones.

This does not limit any statutory rights you cannot waive under the consumer laws that apply to you. Where a law requires it, a refund may still be available. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the law, contact us and we will look into it.

Khidr Premium is sold by Kaevo Labs LLC and billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is shown at checkout.

You can cancel at any time, during the free trial or after it. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling a paid subscription stops it from renewing; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
